1. Who we are
Belén is a service of Atémpora Estudio, the trade name of Carlos Zuñiga, a sole proprietor located at Eje Metropolitano 26, Col. Centro, Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, 64000, email hola@atempora.studio ("Atémpora," "we," "us").
These terms govern your use of the Belén waitlist, its website at atempora.studio/en/belen and the app at belen.atempora.studio. By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Belén.
2. What Belén is
Belén is an AI agent for online stores. She reviews your store from the outside, the way your customers see it, along with your active Meta ads, and tells you what to change. If you ask, she designs the change and gives you the steps to apply it, or a link for your developer.
Belén never logs into your store admin or ad accounts, and she never publishes changes for you. You decide what to apply and when.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We'll email you when Belén opens. Joining doesn't guarantee access on a specific date or under specific conditions. You can ask to leave the list anytime by emailing hola@atempora.studio.
4. Your account
You must be at least 18 and use Belén for your business or the business you work for.
You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping your access secure.
If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.
5. Acceptable use
Use Belén for stores you run or are authorized to review. You may not:
Use Belén for illegal or deceptive activity, or to infringe anyone's rights.
Ask Belén to overload, attack or get around the protections of third-party websites.
Resell, share or give others access to your account without permission.
Copy, decompile or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.
Get around credit or usage limits.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Credits, plans and payments
Belén runs on credits that are spent based on the work you ask for. The price of each plan or top-up, the credits it includes and how long they last are shown on the pricing page and in your account before you pay.
Welcome or promotional credits are a gift: they have no cash value, can't be refunded or transferred, and may expire on the date shown.
Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record. Polar charges you, applies any taxes due, issues your receipt and its buyer terms also apply.
Plans renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
We may change prices and plan conditions. We'll let you know in advance, and changes won't affect a period you already paid for.
7. Refunds
If we charged you by mistake, or you couldn't use Belén because of a problem on our side, email us and we'll refund you or make it right with credits.
Credits you already used aren't refundable, except where the law requires it.
If consumer law in your country gives you a right to cancel a purchase, we honor it and refund the credits from that purchase you haven't used.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, through Polar.
To request a refund, email hola@atempora.studio with your account email and the date of the charge.
8. Your information and your store
What you share with Belén and your store's information remain yours. You allow us to use them only to provide the service, keep it secure and, unless you opt out, improve its quality, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't sell your information.
To reply to you, Belén sends your messages and store information to AI model providers, which process it under their own terms.
9. Belén's results
Belén uses AI and can make mistakes or miss things. Review her diagnoses, copy and designs before you apply them.
Her recommendations are business guidance, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
We don't guarantee more sales or any other specific result.
You're responsible for the changes you make to your store and ads, and for making sure they follow the law and the policies of the platforms you use, such as Meta or Shopify.
You can use the copy and designs Belén creates for you in your business. We don't guarantee they're unique, since other people may get similar results.
10. Intellectual property
Belén, her name, her mascot, her software, design and know-how belong to Carlos Zuñiga, doing business as Atémpora Estudio. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is active. No other rights are transferred.
11. Third-party services
Belén relies on third-party services such as Google, Meta, Shopify, Polar and AI model providers. Their terms apply when you use them. If one of them changes or stops working, some Belén features may change or stop, and we're not responsible for those failures.
12. Availability and changes
Belén is under active development and her features may change. We do our best to keep her available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, failures or reasons outside our control. If a change removes a feature you paid for, you can ask for a refund of the credits you haven't used.
13. Closing your account
You can close your account anytime by emailing hola@atempora.studio.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we'll refund the paid credits you haven't used.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages, such as lost sales, profits or data, arising from your use of Belén or from decisions you make based on her results. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
15. Changes to these terms
We'll post any changes on this page. If a change is significant, we'll email you at least 15 days before it applies. If you keep using Belén after that date, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can close your account.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. If there's a dispute, we'll first try to solve it with you by email. If we can't, the parties submit to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to go to your local courts.
